This forum was created so that people of all persuasions could share information, ideas, opinions and hopefully, at the same time have fun and create lasting friendships.

We at Farmington Motorsports Park want to make everyone feel welcome; therefore we have put together some guidelines for members to follow. The administrator and moderators of FarmingtonMotorsportsPark.com may edit, move, remove or close any posts or threads they feel do not follow the guidelines. Please remember that the administrator and moderators are only human and have lives outside the forum. We will moderate this forum to the best of our ability.

There is a link in every post labeled "Report this post to a moderator". Use it if you believe someone's post violates the forum rules, but please use it only when absolutely necessary. Any off topic post, which may divert the topic in discussion, will be deleted.

Remember: Just because someone doesn't think like you, doesn't mean they are bad. Please respect each other, even in disagreements. When posting in the forum keep the following in mind:

1. Do not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, or threatening. Posting which result in disruption of the forum will be banned without any notice. Please use good judgment when choosing your user name, title, signature and avatar.

2. Personal attacks or insults to others will not be tolerated. Name-calling is for children. Unless you are under the age of 5, name-calling will also not be tolerated. Challenge others' points of view and opinions, but do so respectfully and thoughtfully. Any member who threatens anyone on the forum, via posts or PM, will be dealt with immediately at the discretion of the Administrator or moderators.

3. Do not post the same topic in more than one forum. Pick the most relevant forum for your post. If you are unsure, put it in the General Discussions forum, say you were not sure where it belonged, and someone will move it to the proper forum for you.

4. NO COMMERCIAL SALES IN THE FORUMS. For commercial sales, please click on the "Contact Us" page and contact Allen Carpenter for commercial advertising information.

5. Do not post copyrighted articles from elsewhere on the Internet; post a link to the article instead. Not only is this a violation of copyright laws, it also takes up valuable space on the board. We understand that there are some sites that allow people to repost articles, but please keep in mind the "space" it requires when posting long articles. Links are just a click away.

6. When quoting other members, please do not quote their whole post. Only quote what is necessary. Do not quote the thread's starting post when replying at anytime.

7. Register using only one user name. If it is found that a member has registered more than one name, all names will be deleted and possibly their IP will be banned.

8. Links to other sites are permitted, but please do not post links that lead to sexually oriented material.

9. Signatures must be setup in your profile and not manually added to your messages. Members may not use a "signature" with deliberately baiting or contain any harassing and insulting descriptions at the end of their messages. Signatures must be kept to a maximum of four lines. Signature may NOT contain any URL or any links to other threads or posts.

By becoming a member you agree to adhere to these guidelines. These guidelines are subject to change. Members that violate these rules will be receive a warning and possibly be banned.
